Going to a doctor is definitely good advice, but it is not necessarily erectile dysfunction. It could be sexual performance anxiety.

When a man has performance anxiety, he feels nervous and worried that he will not achieve an erection. When a man is nervous or worried in any regards, it is difficult to achieve an erection...this even happens to young men...happened to me when I was 17 or 18...and a few times after that.

The thing with performance anxiety is that you fail to achieve an erection, then you get all freaked out and the nerves and worry kick in, then you start assuming the worst (that you have ED) and then you put yourself on the spot, and try and force yourself to get an erection to prove you otherwise.
