I think everyone hear is giving good advice. Just remember that to lose 1 pound you need to burn 3500 calories! That equates to burning 500 calories a day to lose a pound a week week or 1000 a day to shed 2 pounds a week which is realistic and safe. You do not need any particular diet or exercise program as long as you do watch what you eat and do some sort of exercise 5 times a week!
