Well I have been trying to fall pregnant for over 2 years now with no luck. I have to be honest, I'm starting to think it's not going to happen. I'm on the waiting list to get into the fertility clinic through the hospital but who knows how long that will take.

Anyone else in the same boat?

Causes of Infertility:
1) Female partner (45-60%) usually from anovulation.
2) Male partner (35-45%) usually from problems with sperm (inadequate amount, quality, etc.)
3) components of both (up to 65%).

men- stress, certain foods that will cause weak sperms
women- stress (the hormone level such as progesterone/estrogen/FSH/LH will unstable), one or both of the fallopian tube is/are clogged, the ovary doesn't produce ovum(oosit secunder)

solutions:-
seek for medical advices
do sex during ovulation day (13-15/16th day after the first day of menstruate)- dis is bcoz sperms die after 72 hours while ovum dies after 24 hours
watch the food that u take
no stress- b happy n smile always, laugh, exercise and don't think too much

Yeah, both should get a check up done
There are lot of fertility medicines which can temporarily increase sperm counts etal, so get a check up done and cure the problem, 99% time it gets sorted out, dont just lose hope
