Hello all and Congrats on a great forum!!..i needed some help getting in shape for my gf, and a couple of my friends gave me a stability ball to start with, I can’t seem to find illustrated video exercises that I can follow to use it. Does anybody have an idea where I can find any? Videos would be better though.

I use videos from Workouts On Demand -- you can download the videos from their site and they have a really great selection of videos.

You can normally pick up cheap videos/DVDs at discount book stores - I have often seen stability ball workouts and general workout DVDs for a few bucks - might be worth a look?
